We recognise that your privacy is important. This document outlines the personal information we receive and collect when you use www.primrosemosaics.com and is in accordance with GDPR guidelines.

This site collects information on you in two ways:

1.The information that you manually provide us by:

  • Filling out our contact form. Your name, email address and/ or telephone number are used to communicate with you as requested and is kept for as long as is needed to provide the service. Your details are only used in order to deal with, and only in relation to, your enquiry.

  • Signing up for our email list. Your name and email address will be collected by Mailchimp and used to send you information from Primrose Mosaics as requested. You can unsubscribe at any time and your details will be deleted. 

  • Making a purchase. The personal data collected when you make a purchase collected (name, postal address, email address and telephone number) is used by the Data Controller and trusted third parties to provide goods and/ or services to the User. We do our best to protect your sensitive personal payment information by partnering with GDPR compliant payment providers (eg, PayPal, Stripe, I Zettle) to process and store your credit card information. No financial information is made available to us. We keep customer data for 7 years as required by HMRC. Shipping details will be shared with postal service providers or courier companies as necessary, to enable your purchase to be delivered.

This information can be tied directly to you because of the information you’ve provided. This information will be shared with our trusted GDPR compliant third-party partners as part of the collection process. eg, our wesite host (Wix), email marketing provider (Mailchimp), payment providers

 

2.The information that’s automatically collected via our trusted GDPR compliant third-party partners:

Eg, Google analytics, Wix, Pinterest, Facebook, Mailchimp

The types of information collected here include things like your location, what pages you visit.

Generally, our third-party partners only give us this information in the aggregate (It’s not identifiable to you), but sometimes this information can be directly tied to you e.g. Which emails you open and click on.

We collect this information so we can better serve you by creating content and products that you love.

The information collected is only shared with others, our trusted third-party partners when necessary to serve you. Be assured, we do not sell or rent your information on to any third parties. An updated list of trusted partners can be requested from the Data Controller at any time. Each third party partner has their own privacy policy.

We are dedicated to protecting our online visitors’ privacy on our website. The data controller processes the data of users in a proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of the data.

If, for any reason, there is a breach of data security, the ICO will be informed and you will be contacted if anything affects you.
